Online Education
Trinity Empowerment Consortium, Inc. (TEC) is a HUD affiliate agency located in Miami, FL. We provide comprehensive pre and post homebuyer education and financial literacy education. Our certificates have been accepted by MDEAT's MMAP HAP downpayment assistance program and the Miami-Dade PHCD program. In order to receive a certificate that is acceptable to these agencies you must attend a face-to-face one-on-one counseling session with one of our counselors.
Self-Guided Education
Trinity provides Online Homebuyer Education through partnership with eHome America.
Learn how to:
- Determine if homeownership is right for you
- Shop for a home
- Maintain your home
The online course must be completed together with an individual counseling session to qualify for Down Payment Assistance. Each qualifying borrower must complete the course.
