Here at Trinity Empowerment, we specialize in offering coaching services for first time homebuyers. Our coaching services are included for FREE in our First Time Homebuyer Package
We understand how credit and personal finances can be an obstacle on your road to homeownership. During each coaching session, a certified Homeownership Counselor will analyze the client’s:
- Credit history
- Assets/Savings
- Income
- Program Eligibility
Working with a certified Homeownership Counselor, you will develop a detailed action plan to address any credit problems and budgeting issues.
This is the blueprint that will help our clients achieve “mortgage ready” status!
Your first step is to attend a Trinity Empowerment Homebuyer Education Course.

At Trinity Empowerment, we work to ensure our clients receive the tools and training they require to reach their goals!
Our homebuyer education is offered in English and in Spanish to meet your needs. When clients complete our course, they can feel confident that the information provided will guide them to the next step in the homeownership process and beyond.

SELF-GUIDED HOMEBUYER EDUCATION
All of our self-guided courses are HUD approved and will allow you to receive your Homebuyer’s Certificate while working at your own pace.
This Education course is available online, in English or Spanish. Upon completion, a representative of Trinity Empowerment will contact you to schedule a follow up appointment. A follow up appointment is required in order to receive your Homebuyer’s Certificate.
